He graduated from the Faculty of Law with a bachelor's degree, then a master's degree in private law. He worked as a legal member in the Secretariat of the Supreme Committee to Confront the Corona Pandemic, and was assigned as a member of the Supreme Committee to Review Penalties for Violating Precautionary Measures to Confront the Corona Pandemic at the Experts Authority of the Council of Ministers. He also held the position of Director of the Legal Department at the General Authority for Statistics, and the position of Director of the Legal Affairs Department at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Riyadh. He was a member of many drafting committees at the Experts Authority of the Council of Ministers, and many steering, supervisory and executive committees. He also worked as a legal advisor to many private entities, and participated in preparing and drafting many international systems and agreements, regulations, policies and procedures.
