He studied for a bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence and its principles from the Faculty of Sharia, then obtained a master’s degree in private law.
He worked as a legal advisor for a number of companies, and worked on drafting contracts worth more than ten billion riyals, specializing in financial and corporate cases. Interested in third sector governance, endowment and wills issues, and the legal aspects of social responsibility.
Combined with legal expertise, strategic planning experience, risk management experience, and legal drafting based on administrative practice of policies and procedures.
